Salmon with Mango and Brie

I thought this turned out just amazing. The mangos were very sweet and refreshing which blended well with the fish and brie softer textures.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Wonderful! I only had pumpkin pie filling and it still worked out and made the cookies very moist.

Shredded Potato Quiche

It was very good. I used skim milk and it still turned out fluffy. Also, My grocery store did not have shredded potatoes so I used small round hash browns and it still turned out great!
