Cinnamon Rice
We really liked this recipe it was simple and sweet. We used dried mixed berries instead of raisons and it tasted great.

Simple Spinach Lasagna
Great food and very easy to make. Only thought was, maybe cheese layer should go on last to improve the end look

Apple Avocado Salad with Tangerine Dressing
Great salad. It was very well received and very easy to make. We had it with the avocado to one side as not everyone liked it, but still great.
