Juicy Roasted Chicken
I roasted a chicken for the first time over Thanksgiving using this recipe and it was a huge hit! The chicken was juicy, moist, and flavourful. My boyfriend said it was the best roast chicken he's had in a very, very long time, so thank you!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I
I make it with half butter, half shortening. My boyfriend prefers it that way, even though I can't taste the difference. It's just delicious to me!
