Busy 9-5 Mom of 2...married to a Navy Boy...so we travel around a bit...I love to cook, and it shows!! I love to cook casseroles, they are usually so easy to put together! I am a quick and easy meal person...I am too busy with my kids and work to hang over the stove all day! My grandmother is the best cook I know! She is just the most wonderful woman. I think you could probably cook anything, but a recipe is not complete without someones time and thought to make others happy. Love should be the main ingredient in any recipe! To me a triumph in cooking is if my family enjoyed it! That happens quite frequently! Probably my friends birthday cake...I am always nominated as the cake girl for birthdays...they always turn out so great...but recently I made a birthday cake and I had to make it 4 times before I got it right...needless to say, bad chocolate cake recipe and an all nighter...I'll make sure to sample recipes before the main event next time!
