Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
My hubby, who doesn't like stuffing, ate the extra pan! It is delicious!

Eggplant -- Easy, Good and Tasty
I cooked it as directed, except I used Progresso italian bread crumbs. I still found this to be a little boring.....

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing
I really whipped up this frosting. Added cinnamon and nutmeg for a chunky spiced apple cake. 1x recipe will definitely frost a 9x13 cake. If you whip it well, it is not greasy at all. I used 1/2&1/2 in place of milk. Excellent.
