Rich Chocolate Frosting
Best chocoalate frosting EVER!!! Like some others, I cut the recipe in half for a 2 layer 9" round cake. I only substituted homogenized evaporated milk, used 10 Tbsp added 1 at a time as I was mixing in the sugar, and used salted butter. To the reviewer who said all her husband wanted for his birthday was a bowl of this frosting...I have to agree with him.

Bucket of Margaritas
I made these and froze them in sandwich size ziplock bags and added a lime wedge to each, threw them in the camper freezer. Individual drink in a bag - just squeeze into a glass and enjoy! Perfect for summer evenings camping, you don't need to drag the blender along and this way doesn't take up all the room in your camper fridge. A great recipe!

Spaghetti Ham Bake
Followed recipe except left out olives and onions (family preference) and added 1 c peas. Easy to make and the family loved it. I loved that I have another one in the freezer for a busy day. Yummy!
