Creamy Coconut Cake
As I was preparing for Christmas I asked DH if he wanted one of the cakes I was making - Pound cake. He says Coconut Cake. I look at a few and this was the most simpliest to make. He enjoyed it (and so did I). For the holes, I took a few straws, cut them in half then stuck them in the cake. This one is a keeper. Thanks!
