Pear Honey
I loved loved loved this! I had lots of pears to use at the first of September and found it very easy, even making a double batch. I've had half of my Christmas presents ready three months ahead of time!

Pear Bread II
I made this tonight with my daughter, half of it in muffins. It was easy to make, and the consistency of it was wonderful. I added more cinnamon and a little bit of ground cloves to it, and I've already eaten three of the muffins! Looking forward to having it for breakfast, too!

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu
First of all my family hates meatloaf with a passion! But when I made this there was none left! It was even good reheated the next day for my husband's lunch. The cheese is a wonderful combination, my only caution would be to use a good quality ham in it. The cheap, thinly sliced kind would not work with this, we prefered the slightly thick cuts in it. This is one recipe I didn't try to change, a miracle for me!!!
