Mexican Style Shredded Pork
I was really looking forward to trying this recipe. I did everything that the orginal recipe included and did not do my own modifications. While it was cooking it smelled so good everyone in the house was looking forward to dinner. Although, when it came time to eat the pork, it was far too bland for all of us. We needed to add quite a bit of hot sauce for it to have a 'mexican' enough flavor. However, the next day, I re-heated the pork and placed it on hoagie rolls with pepper jack cheese and pepperoncini peppers...it was amazing. So I will keep this recipe in my cooking box, just not for the orginal intent.

Absolutely Fabulous Portobello Mushroom Tortellini
I made this for 30 women at a bridal shower and they all just loved it. The alfredo sauce I choose to use was just the simple Rago Light Alfredo. I also did not measure out the wine I just added until I thought the smell was right. Thanks for the great recipe!

Baby Doe's Cheese Soup with Beer
This soup looked and smelled really good but when it came to tasting there was way too much of a beer flavor for me. If I make it again I will cut the amount of beer at least by half.
