I have been cooking my entire life since i was a little baby my mom would have me helping out in the kitchen, but i just recently got into cooking. i watch cooking shows all the time and try to pick up on flavors when my fiance and i go out to eat. Spanish foods, it makes me feel like i'm back in my grandmas kitchen watching her cook!!!! The scent that comes out of hispanic cooking is crazy!!! While cooking you always have music on!!! Green Chicken Enchiladas, Tacos, and some other foods!! I once tried to make a stir-fry involving eggplant, red and yellow peppers with just a hint of salt, but tons of oil, what a disaster!!!
