I am currently going to school for International Studies but as soon as I finish with this degree I am thinking about going to culinary art school. I enjoy cooking that much. I always bring food into work. I LOVE PASTA dishes!!! Then meat dishes, desserts and more. If I can like the ingredients then I cook. My family really did not have a tradition as far as cooking. The closest thing I can think of is. . . every thanksgiving we would have seafood for Thanksgiving instead of the "traditional" Thanksgiving and Jambalaya for Christmas. MmmmmMmmmm Delicious. Every thanksgiving I was deemed the Sweet Patato Pie maker, I am very good with Jambalaya and anything you give to me, I make sure it's perfect. Lemon Meringue Pie- for some reason the only way it will not run is if I put it in the freezer. Please help me someone. : (
