Honey Chicken Stir-Fry
This is a favorite in our house. I use whatever veggies I have on hand (peppers, onions, and mushrooms do well). Also add a clove of garlic and substitute tamari for soy sauce to make it gluten-free. We make this on average once a week because we always have honey and tamari sauce on hand.
