I have a hugh garden love to grow and harvest and then can or cook with what i grow, it's wonderful. i like to collect recipes from various sites including this one. I love to read, i read 2-3 books every week as knowledge is power but mostly like mysteries. i love cooking and make big meals almost every night for hard working hubby.

I love to incorperate vegetables from my garden into dish's to many to list.

I can't bake very good mostly make breads but desserts, forget it lol

Janine's Best Banana Bread
added 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg , 1/2 tsp vanilla, and 1 more nanna!

Old Fashioned Giblet Stuffing
This is a great recipe and have been looking for it since my grandfather bless his soul passed away. i cook and grind the giblets myself and also add a lil sage. thank you for recipe!!

Hamburger, Potato, and Kidney Bean Casserole
My mother and grandmother had a recipe simular to this one, it was called shipwreck the only difference i see is that ours had rice in it also. layering was the key. potatoes,rice,beans,onions,hamb.,soup end off with potatoes on top.
