Homesteader Cornbread
by far the best cornbread I've had. We enjoy it with soups, stews and chili. Nice and moist and crispy on the bottom. This recipe is now a staple in my kitchen.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
we loved this. i used garbonzo beans which i find less mushy, and served with corn bread.

Chewy Coconut Macaroons
made these for christmas and dipped the bottom half in melted choc chips (semi sweet). Very good but the chocolate was a bit overpowering to the coconut flavor. Next time would use either milk chocolate or just drizzle dark over. they were still a hit.
