Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

I have to say for whats in these, they are wonderful!! Im always going to make these! My daughters class LOVED them... and to think I forgot she needed them for school and whipped these up in 20 minutes before she had to be there! I'M HOOKED!

Homemade Mashed Potatoes

These were just ordinary, I would make them again, but nothing I was fanatic about. Next time I think I would add some ground beef or bacon and serve it as a main dish if anything...
