Overall this was good. The fillig was GREAT, however the pseudo hollandaise was far too lemony. I stilla te it, but it made me pucker. We had friends over and I still had enough left for me to have on french bread for breakfast. So I recomend half the lemon for the sauce. We also doubled teh basic crepes recipe to have dessert crepes to finish teh meal. This fed five adults and three children.

I loved the recipe. My mom couldn't beleive the name, but the kiddos liked it. I was able to do one pan and then cooked it in a pot. I boiled the stock as I sauteed the onions and garlic then just kept adding the ingredients in order to the pot to simmer. We served it with sliced French bread adn I am eager for lunch tomorrow!

I enjoyed this as an alternative to th ones in the frig. I loved it and the simplicity. I scaled it down to four servings and only used a capful of lemon juice after reading other suggestions. I will make it again. I also only let it sit about an hour. There was some left so I will try it for lunch again today.
