I love to cook for others. I'm finally at the point where I will try to just throw things together without a recipe and then write it down when it works. I'm a missionary wife and love almost every ethnicity of food, which helps. ;o) Southern Food, but not the fried stuff. I love to eat it, it just takes too long to cook at home. Soups. I love to try different flavors. Sausage Cheese Balls on Christmas morning. The fact that every year my family changes the ethnicity of food we have for Christmas dinner. My Grandma always makes me a Pecan Pie when I come home. "mastered" the Italian Gravy and Meatballs that my husband loves. Every other dinner I make without using recipe.
