Cranberry-Jalapeno Relish
Made this last year at Thanksgiving to rave reviews, just made it again tonight, and I can't wait to eat it! The blend of smells is incredible - it's like a salsa that uses cranberries instead of tomatoes - sounds kind of wierd but you won't be disappointed! Unique and delicious!

Easy Slow Cooker Ham
I made this ham for Easter and it was a big hit with the adults, but the flavors were a little stong for my liking. In fairness, I did put everything together the night before and kept in the refrigerator, so perhaps this additional time allowed the flavors to permeate more than they would have. This has a very interesting flavor and I may well make this again, but I think I will cut back a little on the spices, especially the cloves and cinnamon. Overall very good though!

Baked Scalloped Potatoes
I have made this a few times and it is just a really quick and easy way to make potatoes (I leave the skins on the potatoes to make it even easier). I've served with different meat dishes and it goes with just about anything. It also reheats well in the microwave when I take the leftovers to work the next day. This is the first review I've posted, but I figured since this recipe has become somewhat of a regular I ought to tell people about it! Great way to make potatoes and easy to have a can of soup on hand.
