Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
YUM! I had to make a couple of changes, just because I didn't have all ingredients on hand. I used 6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 can cream/chick and 1 can cream/celery, about 1/4 tsp black pepper and two hand fulls of the dried minced onion; probably about 1/2 - 3/4 cup. Put all in my oval crockpot and added chicken broth to cover. Put on high for 4 hours then shredded chicken, put back in crockpot and added 1/2 a 10oz. bag of frozen peas/carrots. I didn't have any ref. biscuits, so I made some biscuits in my oven and also served some white rice for those that didn't like biscuits. Everyone raved about how good it was and my husband could not believe that it was made with only a few ingredients. This is definately one that is going in my dinner rotation.

Campbell's(R) Swiss Vegetable Casserole
I have been making this dish for over 15 years and it always gets rave reviews from friends and family. Most like it even better then the usual green bean holiday casserole. It is definately a dish to try. Enjoy!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Yum! 5 Stars - Easy to prepare, used up tons of leftovers, very economical, and everyone loved it. Took only a few minutes to prepare, threw everything in my crockpot (except milk, butter, flour), used chicken broth instead of water 'cause i had some to use up, and cooked on high for 3 hours, then I made up the flour, milk, butter as directed and added to crockpot. I also had tossed in some frozen peas i wanted to use up too. I liked the addition of a dash of hot sauce, my husband liked the cheese and kids loved it without adding anything else. Will definately make again. Thank you for such a great recipes.
