Onion Pan-Fried Pork Chops.

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
These were so simple to make. I had 6 bone in chops, so I used 2 packets of the lipton onion soup mix and 1/2 cup flour. I also seasoned the mixture with garlic powder, black pepper, and season salt. I dipped the chops in egg first then coated. Be sure to keep the pan on medium heat so that the onions do not burn. My came out delicious!

Delicious! I added 2 jalepenos and extra garlic and lime, then let it sit in fridge for a few hours. It was gobbled right up!

Ranch Burgers

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2010
These burgers were delicious! I used 3 pounds of ground beef and used the equivalent of 3 packages of ranch seasoning ( I have a large container of it that I purchased). I added a little worsterchire sauce, 2 eggs, one onion, but no crackers. They came out moist and delicious and did not fall apart. Oh and I used sharp cheddar on top of some and chipotle pepper cheese on the others...yum!

Caramel Apple Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
OMG this was delicious!! SO simple to make! I used an 11 ounce bag of caramel bits since they are so much easier to melt. Make sure you soften the cream cheese first. I chilled the dip in the fridge for a little while before we ate it and was soooo good!

Kabob Marinade

I marinated beef for kabobs and it was delicious!! Very easy and quick to make with ingredients most already have on hand. I love the mustard taste in it. My husband thought it was the best narinade he's ever tried!

Southwest Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
This is very good and easy to make. I used chicken instead of beef. I seasoned some boneless chicken breasts with chili powder and garlic powder and cooked them on the george forean grill. I shredded them and put in the stew. Also I added potatos...made it a heartier stew and was really good! I also added an extra small can of tomatoes and black beans

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2009
Very good basic cream cheese frosting. I only added about 3 1/4 cups sugar and it was still a little too sweet...but this is all a matter of taste. I put it on a carrot cake and it was delicious!

Crisp Lemon Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2009
I thought these were really good...I did not use shortening, I used 1 cup butter. They came out crisp on the outside and kind of cakey on the inside, which I love! Great lemony taste. I will make these again!

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
I've tried a lot of fudge recipes and this was by far the creamiest and best tasting! I also made peanut butter fudge by replacing the chocolate chips with peanut butter chips. You can make rocky road by adding nuts and mini marshmallows in at the end. I also did butterscotch (it ended up being the favorite)by replacing the choc. with butterscotch chips. I will be making this every year for the holidays!!

I like this better if it is made with Old El Paso medium taco sauce, it gives the meat a great flavor.

Original Chex® Party Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2008
I made this for the first time with my kids and we loved it! I did use the oven method, baking at 250 degrees for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. I also doubled the dry seasonings. I used corn and rice chex, roasted peanuts and small pretzels. It's great because you can put really just about anything in it that you want!! I think this is the start of a new holiday tradition for us!

Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
This was simple to make and delicious!! I love brussel sprouts but wanted a new way to cook them. I also chopped a half of a vidalia onion and cooked with the garlic. I didn't need to drain them, but I did add the rest of the butter. Even my husband who doesn't like brussel sprouts thought they were good! I will be making them again in a few days with Christmas dinner. Oh and I used frozen brussel sprouts, and they came out just fine!

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2008
I made these cookies with my mom because she wanted soft ginger cookies. These came out great, and sooo easy!!! We did put the dough in the fridge for about an hour to make it easier to work with. I dipped them in red and green sugar for a festive look. They really do come out soft and stay that way. Great recipe!!

Stuffed Pepper Soup IV

This was delicious!! I did not add the thyme or sage. I added some crushed garlic to the onion and peppers. When I filled each bowl for my family, I sprinkled shredded sharp cheddar on top and this really made it stand out. I will be making this again!!!

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
These brownies were a huge hit with my husband and kids! I thought they were too sweet, all I could do was a eat a little bite. But I only had a half cup of peanuts instead of a full cup. I think if I would have had the full amount of nuts they would have cut the sweetness of the brownies better. I will definently make these again for my family!

Apple Pumpkin Muffins

I followed the recipe exactly and they were delicious!! I only had to bake them for 28 minutes and they were done. So 35 minutes is probably too long! They were very moist and the topping nice and crisp. Next time I may add another cup of apples to them. I will definently make these again and again!!
