Tuna Macaroni Salad
just made this to take on vacation. taste yummy. adding boiled eggs for the hubs!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
this was the best potato & ham soup. i doubled the batch. i did half organic skim milk, that is what we drink, and half of half & half to make it a bit thicker. i was afraid skim would be too thin. it turned out perfect. it only took make from beginning to end.
