Delicious Baked Chicken Kiev
I think the breasts needed a bit more butter/parsley filling, but besides that - awesome :D I used fresh minced garlic cloves and chopped green onion in place of the powders.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
YUM YUM YUM, It is the kind of cake that you get up in the middle of the night .... just for a taste! I used buttercream icing and it was the best chocolate cake that i have ever had!

Zucchini Cake III
Best zucchini cake I've ever had. I did add some raisons and applesauce and I used buttercream icing :)
