Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries
Loved this one too! So easy, and so delicious. So rich. I agree using a microwave instead of a double-boiler works just fine. They do taste great even the next day when they cool down, maintain moisture perfectly, though obviously the iddle is no longer molten. Remember to wait til it cools to room teperature before sprinkling sugar on it!

Lemon Sauce for Salmon Patties
This is a great basic sauce to know, and can have endless variations. The original recipe is great to go with salmon, as above. Another great one is, instead of the lemon, put in garlic and parmesan- great sauce for green veggies such as broccoli and asparagus, or even for pasta. Thanks so much for sharing this one!

The Best Banana Bread
Lovely, easy recipe that comes out great consistently every time. My husband loves it. I always add a few teaspoons of rum, and walnuts too.
