I was shocked on how great this turned out! I haven't had much luck without things turning mushy and lack of flavor, but this was brilliant!

I just didn't get this recipe. I marinated it for 6 hours and it was still bland. I had high hopes for it and followed it to a *T*.

YUMMY! I can't believe how easy it is and yet it yields amazing results. I added orzo pasta to mine to make it a bit more hardier. Other than that, followed it completely.

I use a firm steak like Halibut for this recipe and just put the crab mixture on top. It is delicious!!!!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

OMG are these addicting! I have made them twice so far and they keep getting better! We added peppers and onions to our kabobs to give more veggie choices, but everything else is followed by the recipe. It is most definitely a summer staple for us.

Sinful, decadent and not for the health conscious! I have made a lot of cakes from this site and thought I had come up with some winners, but my husband declared this one the best one so far.

Pressure Cooker Chicken with Duck Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
It was amazing!!! The sauce was on the sweet side, so I added a little soy sauce and cayenne pepper to salt and spice it up. I also only used skinless/boneless chicken breast. Everyone fought for the leftovers the next day.

Took the advice of other reviewers and added more ginger and less sugar. It was WONDERFUL!! I like a spicy pumpkin bread and this fit the bill.

So easy and delicious. I browned the onions with the turkey first out of preference.

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
I tried this recipe twice. The first time with frozen and the second thawed in chix broth. The taste both times was fantastic, but the sauce was extremely watery both times. I was hoping for a thicker sauce after it was all said and done.

Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2007
I would not consider this soup a pumpkin soup, that is why I gave it 3 stars. I thought it tasted more like potato soup with a hint of pumpkin. Even after adding more pumpkin and spices, I couldn't turn the flavor more towards a pumpkin flavor. Because I thought I was making pumpkin soup, I couldn't get over the disappointing taste. I might try this recipe again one day, skip the pumpkin and pumpkin spices all together and make it a potato soup, with cheese, bacon and sour cream.

Clam Sauce with Linguine

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2007
Very easy and tasty recipe! I did add 1/2 cup white wine and juiced a couple of lemons to the sauce. I sauce wasn't nearly enough to cover 16oz box of linguine though. I ended up throwing 1/3 of the noodles away. It was still delicious!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!! I wasn't sure it would taste good with so little ingredients in the sauce, but it was AMAZING! I ended up sauteeing the garlic and onion and putting the rest of the recipe with the sautee in my crockpot. I set it on high for 3 hours and in the last 1.5 hours I added the basil and tomato paste. We don't like super chunky sauce, so I took the big chunks of tomatoes and put them in my blender. Definitely added milk to the meatballs and baked them before putting them in the sauce. Used fresh pasta and viola! it was delish! Thanks for the recipe!
