Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry
I was shocked on how great this turned out! I haven't had much luck without things turning mushy and lack of flavor, but this was brilliant!

Chili-Lime Chicken Kabobs
I just didn't get this recipe. I marinated it for 6 hours and it was still bland. I had high hopes for it and followed it to a *T*.

Basil Tomato Soup
YUMMY! I can't believe how easy it is and yet it yields amazing results. I added orzo pasta to mine to make it a bit more hardier. Other than that, followed it completely.
