Dilly Beef Sandwiches
This is REALLY good! The simplicity of the ingredients with the ease of the crockpot, makes a delicious meal. My husband keeps requesting it. Thanks for the recipe!

Apricot Lentil Soup
I added 8 cups of veggie broth to satisfy 2 cups of lentisl. It still came out a very thick soup. I also used a can of petite cut tomatoes and double the amount of apricots. Overall it was excellent! It reminded me of chutney!

Ginger Veggie Stir-Fry
I was shocked on how great this turned out! I haven't had much luck without things turning mushy and lack of flavor, but this was brilliant!
