Beef Pepper Steak
Yummy! I used good quality beef top sirloin steak and substituted soy for tamari. It was simple to make and it turned out tender and tasty. My only complaint was the odor the dinner left in the house and I would probably refrain from cooking for guests for that reason.

Simple But Awesome Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
Very juicy and tender! Some modifications made included: substituted chicken breast (removed skin) for pork chops; added jerk seasoning as another reviewer suggested; and eliminated Worcestershire sauce and reduced butter and olive oil by half. Cooked chicken on 350 for about 35 minutes. I made slits in the chicken breast before rubbing in the spices. This is a very easy dish to make and tasty also. My husband liked it because it had a bit of pep to it. For easier cleanup place a pan underneath the breasts as the oil and butter leaks out of the foil.

Better Slow Cooker Robust Chicken
I was very enthusiastic about this recipe because it included some of my favorite ingredients (olives, mustard, wine and balsamic vinegar). So I was really disappointed in the bitter taste. The chicken was tender which I attribute to reducing the cooking time to a little less than 4 hours. Additionally, the presentation was poor. The dish was not pleasant to look at.
