Heavenly Chocolate Mousse
heavenly is right!!!! i didn't have enough semi sweet chocolate. i used dark chocolate and white. delicious!!! the only thing that took a while was whipping the cream. other then that it was easy.

Perfect Sesame Chicken
perfect is right!!!!! this was even better then the restaurant style. the only thing i did different was use 3/4c of sugar then 1c.

Vegetable Lo Mein Delight
i love lo mein and this was as close as it gets to having the real thing. i added minced garlic, fresh ginger and some julienne carrots. it was absolutly delicious!!!!! i made this next to sesame chicken from this website. thanks for the great recipe!
