Three Cheese Manicotti II
I've never made cheese filling before, and I was surprised how easy and tasty this recipe was! I've made it a couple of times now, and I've used it in other pasta recipes as well.

Grilled Stuffed Chicken With Olive and Caper Puree
This recipe was very good and very easy to prepare. A great twist on tired old chicken. Cooking the chicken breasts on the grill added a great smokey flavor to the olive puree.

French Onion Soup Gratinee
Fantastic recipe. I've tried other French Onion Soup recipes before and they always ended up very bland. This did not disappoint, in fact, I was pleasantly surprised as to how well it came out. The only modification I made was adding 2 cloves of garlic to the sauteing onions...and added a dash of light soy sauce to the mix. I didn't have any red wine, so I ended up using Savignon Blanc. Net time I'll add a Cab or Merlot.
