Green Grog

We made a non-alcoholic version of this for work...it was really good, but we halved the limeade and lemonade and used pineapple juice instead of rum - turned out really well! I think I will try the real recipe out at my next party

Beer Battered Fish and Chips

I actually just took the batter recipe and made fried okra with it. I had to add lots of extra flour to get the batter to stick to the okra and get thick, but it worked out. As far as taste, I found it pretty bland, but my fiance said that that's what fried food is supposed to taste like. I will probably use this batter recipe again if I need to fry something!

Bella's Rosemary Red Potatoes

These were pretty good, although I substituted the vegetable oil for more-healthy olive oil. I also suggest adding fresh garlic to the mix. I will probably make these again.

Baked Chicken and Onions

My fiance is super-picky, so this was a good recipe for him. I thought it was just all right, but he seemed to enjoy it quite a bit. I marinated the chicken overnight in the ingredients, and that seemed to make it more moist and flavor infused. I will probably make this again, but I will modify some more.
