Cornflake Bacon Cookies
I just finished baking a batch of these cookies. I cooked them at a lower temperature because I don't like cookies that are really brown on the bottoms. If you bake these too long, the corn flakes become hard and too chewy. These taste like something you would want for breakfast with a tall glass of cold milk when you don't have time for a big breakfast. I would give them 5 stars but they don't taste like a cookie that I would want for any other time except breakfast because of the bacon and corn flakes; they were good but seem like breakfast food.

Tiramisu Cheesecake
If you want to impress someone, make this dessert for them ! It was outstanding! I made my own coffee liquer by following an online recipe as I wanted to use it for a tiramisu white cake recipe. Do as other readers suggest and use more than the required number of tablespoons of coffee liquer for the crust and the cheesecake filling so you will have more coffee flavor. This cheesecake was so good, I made 2 in 2 days; one for family who really loved it so I made another one for Mother's Day to give to my mom. We all thought this was better and fresher than the Cheesecake Factory.

Mini Parmesan Scones
The salt measurement in this recipe is way too high! These scones would have been great but they were too salty. If you make these, cut down on the salt. They turned out light and fluffy, but nobody could eat them because the salt was too much; I used exactly what the recipe called for.
