Four Spice Crackles
Delicious! For any kiwi's or aussie's making these I used golden syrup instead of molasses and they came out great although they didn't crackle.

Chewy Brownies
Brilliant recipe as it is. Although quite sweet. Took these on a camping trip and everyone ate them so fast!

Taco Bake II
Love it, might try it with tortilla's on the bottom next time and corn chips sprinkled on top with the cheese for added crunch.
