Beef Barley Vegetable Soup
I really enjoyed making this one. The smells permiating the house as it cooked all day was well worth the wait. I wouldn't shorten up the process at all. The soup was awsome and can easily be modified slighly for items you may want to add or subtrack. Thank you for sharing!!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie
Honestly, I thought this would be a waste of good apples. Man was I wrong. Outstanding pie. I added some cinnamon and nutneg and some of the sauce over the apples with the rest over the lattice. Turned out perfect.
