Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Simple and delicious! Made recipe pretty much just a stated.I used bulk mild italian sausage, which has no casing, so easy to work with. As another reviewer suggested, I drained out most of the oil after cooking sausage. I didn't have fresh parsley, so I used 1 1/2 Tbsp dry. Added pasta into the pan and tossed with about 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese.
This is a keeper! Mmm,Mmm good!
