Pumpkin Pie Squares
Awesome fall dessert!! I switched up the flour vs. oats ratio for the crust and used 1 c. oats and 1/2 c. flour. I always cut back on the sugar and only use about 1/2 of what the recipe calls for. Really made the pumpkin take over and it turned out great!

Beef Barley Soup
Awesome Fall Soup!! Made this tonight for supper with some home made whole wheat biscuits and it was a hit! Took advice of a few others and added some frozen peas and corn! I've saved this one to my recipe box! Thanks for sharing it.

White Bean Chicken Chili
I made this for supper tonight and it was GREAT! Followed the suggestions of others (cornstarch, salsa verde, canned corn and extra can of white beans)...This will be a welcome winter meal! Thanks for sharing it!
