Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
This BBQ sauce was great. I too didn't have any tomato paste on hand, so I used ketchup instead. I didn't have any liquid smoke either, but it didn't seem to make a difference as this sauce was great.

Southwestern Egg Rolls
These are great, but much better deep fried instead of baked. Not as healthy, but much better tasting.

Italian Wedding Soup II
Used 1 bag of fresh spinach insteaqd of the escarole. This is a family favourite.
