Great carrot cake...I also did 1 cup white sugar & 1 Cup brown sugar and upped the spices..the only thing I had a problem with is the middle of my cakes fell down. I followed the directions..preheated my oven and never opened the door until the timer went off.. Oh well..still very yummy though.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Yummy! I followed the recipe..except baked the bottom shell for 5 minutes and then added all the stuff..I also added mushrooms..can't have a pot pie with out mushrooms! Thanks for a great meal.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

Really good..followed directions, except I left out the green onions (didn't have any on hand) I may try the cilantro instead of spinach as other people suggested. They are great even the day after! Thanks!

Artichoke Chicken

Good recipe...I used marinated artichokes and added a can of mushrooms to it..and topped it off with some capers..did need some pepper to add some flavor. Good overall..served over noodles because there was plenty of sauce leftover.

Lemon Square Bars

I did not care for this recipe. I could not eat these due to way too sweet,tart and buttery. I doubled the crust as suggested by others(way to much in my opinion) and did what others suggested with adding more lemon to it...mabye I should have tried the original recipe.

Lemon Ice-Box Cake II

Great Cake...I also added the whipped cream to the lemon pudding mixture and it turned out great...there is a lot of frosting, so do put plenty on each layer. Great compliments on the frosting.

Dawn's Candied Walnuts

Delicious! I have made them 3 times and the first 2 times..the cooking time was off..so invest in a candy thermometer...since I cooked to little one time..and it turned out sticky..and the other time I cooked too long and it turned out hard as a rock and couldn't remove from the pan very easily..otherwise great.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

This was fantastic...I didn't have celery salt or onion powder, so I used garlic powder instead...It still tasted Great...not sure how it would taste with the correct ingredients, but I have no complaints...except that at the very end, my pan caught on fire! Maybe from the juices and butter and the high temp. Will be trying it again. Thanks.

Potato Chip Crunchies

These cookies are great...you would never know that potato chips are in them. I haven't baked them yet, but my friend brought them to my baby shower and everyone loved them..I'll be baking a batch for a block party this weekend.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

It was ok..I don't think I will make it again. My husband thought it tasted like it had mayo in it..I think the ranch was a little too different, I also added bbq sauce, but that didn't seem to matter much.
