Carrot Cake III
Great carrot cake...I also did 1 cup white sugar & 1 Cup brown sugar and upped the spices..the only thing I had a problem with is the middle of my cakes fell down. I followed the directions..preheated my oven and never opened the door until the timer went off.. Oh well..still very yummy though.

Party Punch IX
I thought it was good..not great. Everybody else seemed to love it and mentioned adding some alcohol to kick it up a bit (but we were at a school meeting!)
