The best brownies! So good. Those who said they turned out like cake most likely cooked them too long. I've made them twice, cooking only for 25 minutes in a glass dish and they turned out fudge-like both times and tasted great. Only change was I reduced conf. sugar to 1/2 C because some reviewers said the frosting was too sweet. Also, if the butter is truly soft - mixing the frosting is not a problem at all.
