Fish Tacos
Only used the sauce from this recipe - had frozen breaded tilapia filets that I baked and broke into pieces for the tacos. Followed the rest of the recipe and the sauce tasted great.

Mulligatawny Soup I
My new favorite soup! Followed recipe exactly and it was perfect. Elegant flavor - just wonderful.

Oven-Fried Catfish
Okay for a healthy version of fried catfish. A little salty - husband liked it a little more than I did but neither once of us loved it.
