Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
The first time I tried this I mixed all the dressing in with the salad, and felt it was too much (too soggy and was overwhelmed by the sweetness in the dressing). The second time I let each person mix the amount desired with the salad on his/her plate, and then discovered that the refrigerated leftover dressing is DELICIOUS served cold with cold pasta! (I used tricolor spiral pasta.) Next time I think I'll make extra dressing, just to have the leftovers to use in another pasta salad afterward...

Curried Coconut Chicken
Delicious just as written; liked it even better served with a little chopped cilantro sprinkled on top. Thanks for sharing - we'll be having this again!

Maple Salmon
I've been trying out lots of recipes from this site, and my husband said "This is delicious- the best one yet!" He usually doesn't like fish cooked at home due to the smell, but this didn't smell fishy. I'm not normally much of a fish eater, but I really liked this, as did my 2 yr old. I added chopped ginger, as some other reviewers suggested. Will make many more times!
