Cabbage Sloppy Joes
This was delicious! I didn't have celery on hand so I shredded carrots to add in. I used frozen bread rolls from Safeway; I thawed them then placed about two tablespoons of the prepared and cooked sloppy joe recipe into each one (flattened them and wrapped the 'stuffing' inside). I placed them sealed side down and baked for 17 minutes at 350. They were delicious! Oh...I also sprinkled a 3-cheese blend into each one before closing and baking. I am going to freeze them to pop into lunches. Next time will make my own whole grain dough. Thanks for a great, versitile recipe!
