Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
Outstanding! I made 2 for a Halloween party and they were gone. I followed suggestions here about how to make the roll work - used wax paper on the bottom of the jelly roll pan and flipped it out of the pan and rolled it while it was still hot. I then chilled the cream cheese mixture for 2 hours and let the cake cool for over an hour. It rolled perfectly. I will definitely be using this at my Mother-in-Law's for Thanksgiving since it is guaranteed to FINALLY impress her!
