Almond Chicken Casserole I
This recipe was very yummy although I would cut about half the butter out for the topping and crush the corn flakes (only a little), other than that I didn't change a thing and my family loved it.

Manicotti Alla Romana
This recipe was easy and delicious. I added some parmesan cheese to the spinach and meat mixture and made my own red sauce to pour over the top. I had to put this into a large lasagna pan though as there was way too much to fit nicely into a 9x13 pan. I loved this recipe and will definately make this again.
