I used red and yellow peppers instead of green, just personal preference. Even my preschooler ate it, which is saying something!

These are the best! We made them at our Annual Mother-Daughter Holiday Baking Day, and they were my favorite the of everything... and we bake lots of goodies! They are simple to make, and cut nicely with a warm knife to put on goodie plates. They hold up fine at room temperature, another huge plus. I used semi-sweet chips on the top because I forgot to buy milk chocolate, and they were still good. Might try dark chocolate on the top like someone else suggested. YUM!
