I have been diagnosed with celiac sprue, which means my body reacts to gluten products as if they were toxic. It causes my intestines to stop getting the nutrients out of foods And that of course makes me anemic. So I am on a life long gluten free diet.

I took this to a picnic and used as a vegetable dip. Scrumptious! Everyone loved it!
