LOVED this. It was great a great alternative to the typical marshmallow-topped thanksgiving sweet potatoes.

These were a huge hit. The icing is fantastic. I chopped up the chocolate chips a bit to make them smaller and more flaky... looked pretty on top.

Crust was a little mushy, but the flavor was fantastic. Next time I'll pre-bake a bit longer.

These are pretty good. Next time, I would increase the cream cheese and decrease the powdered sugar in the icing.

Pretty good. Instead of frosting, I sprinkled a generous layer of chocolate chips on top before baking.

YUM. I used oat bran instead of wheat bran because that's what I had, and they are fantastic.

I found the original recipe to be incredibly bland. I doctored it up quite a bit... more chili powder, some cumin, cinnamon, a few spoonfulls of the sauce from a can of chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, and more salt. With the fixes, I would definitely make it again. The pumpkin is a nice touch.

Love it... I followed the advice of another reviewer or two and used chicken broth instead of water. I also added about 1 tsp cumin and 1/2 tsp of parsley. I made it for a big party (quadrupled the recipe) and it was all gone! This will be my go to rice recipe from now on!

A definite new weeknight favorite! (I used the modifications suggested by a few other users... brown gravy mix with water instead of the beef broth, and added 1 1/2 cups of frozen peas/carrots. I also added some chicken broth to the potatoes.

This was a great spin on meatloaf. We really enjoyed it, and I loved how it was meatloaf, but it had an edge... it was different. Really great, easy weeknight recipe.

Unbelievably good. They disappeared in no time. I served them as a dessert on Christmas Eve with a little dish of cool whip for people to dollop on if they so desired... the combination and the cookies were a hit! (Note: I substituted butter for the shortening, but made no changes other than that.)

I made this on skewers on the BBQ for ten people and there wasn't a single shrimp left in the house. People DEVOURED it. It's absolutely wonderful! (Note: I did 3 tbsp of tequila...)

I gave this recipe 5 stars because it is SO EASY. You just can't beat the simplicity. The orange juice is a nice twist. I was going to use the recipe on the bag that called for water and it seemed so boring. I opened allrecipes, and this was the first recipe I saw. It's still just as easy as the recipe on the bag, but the OJ is an awesome touch. I decided to get a bit creative and added the zest of 1/2 an orange, a splash of rum and a tbsp of brown sugar. Make it your own, or stick to the bones of this recipe... it would be really hard to go wrong either way!

LOVED this punch. We had it at a pot luck baby shower at the office and it was a hit. I cut the recipe in half for a group of about 30 and it filled about 2/3 of my large crystal punch bowl. Next time, I would probably cut down on the sugar.

We LOVED this recipe. Yum. I did make a few changes: Someone had previously mentioned using Zatarains dirty rice, and I happened to have a Zatarains Jambalaya rice mix at home, so I used that. I added two cloves of minced garlic and sauteed it along with the meat and onion. Rather than using garlic salt, I threw in garlic powder and a few dashes of salt. (I may be weird, but I'm not fond of garlic salt.) Also, I used the reduced fat Jimmy Dean sausage and had great results. I will ABSOLUTELY make this again. My partner loved it as well, although she did mention she'd like to see fewer tomatoes in it next time.
