Butterscotch Bread Pudding
I had to make a few changed to this recipe because I have an egg allergy in the family, but it turned out GREAT!! I spent a while looking for a good egg free bread pudding recipe because I had bread and milk to use up, but couldn't find anything. I made the recipe exactly as directed, but substituted bananas for the eggs and only used 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar. It was sweet, moist and PERFECT!!
