Beefy Corn Bread Casserole
I make this using Veggie Crumbles (Morningstar). My kids and their friends love it, the friends don't even know the difference.

German Apple Cake I
Just made this cake 1/2 hour ago and went outside when I came in it was 1/2 gone. I quick grabbed a piece and the rest is history, YUMMY! Followed the exact instructions minus the frosting (doesn't need it).

Cheryl's Spinach Cheesy Pasta Casserole
This was delicious and my whole family loved it. I did make a few alterations. I sauted 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic and a large can of mushrooms in olive oil then I added the spinach to this mixture. I also added lots of herbs (rosemary garlic blend, Italian blend). I also used Italian bread bread crumbs.
