I am a sailmaker in Yarmouth Maine. Actually a woodworker by trade. I have always enjoyed cooking since I was a young lad and I still have my first cookbook from the 60's "Betty Crocker's Boys and Girls Cookbook" I have a close friend who owns a bar-b-que restaurant where I love to help out on and off doing cooking and carpentry. My wife is a great cook. She is from Germany, and has a degree in restaurant management. Another close friend of mine is from Thailand, and is a fabulous home chef. We are lucky to enjoy a diverse quisine. We have a small "suburbs" garden in the short Maine summer, and love nothing more than home grown vegetables. Steamed muscles w/white wine & garlic butter. Anything on the grill. Slow cooked beans with ham hocks. Saurbraten, shnitzel, and other traditional German food. Lab, and other Thai food cooked at home is best. Pasta ! and anything Italian ! Thanksgiving dinner and summer barbq Pizza on the grill,Smoked turkey, Mexican lasagne, Pickled eggs, Fettucine alfredo, Snitzel holstein, and weekend breakfast extrodainare Pepper soup, Yorkshire pudding, and anything with Tofu
