Magic Peanut Butter Middles

I tried this recipe, and was not impressed. This was ordinary at best. The result did was not worth all the preperation effort. A simpler recipe with more flavor is much better.

Good cookie recipe, but I preferred it after I changed it a little. I omitted the glaze. Increased the lime juice to about half a shot glass of fresh strained lime juice. When the cookies were baked, I sifted a little powdered sugar on top. My family was pleased with the softness of these cookies.

Easy Sugar Cookies

A popular favorite in my family. Some of my family doesn't like chocolate, but everyone likes these cookies. No need to change anything in the recipe, either. This matches some of my favorite recipes, in that there are simple ingredients.

Toffee I

I made this recipe exactly as it said. It was not like a Heath bar, or anything even close. It made a white and very crumbly candy that nobody in my family liked. I love toffee, but this was not even close.
